Hello! I am Sydney Kranz, LMBT, owner and operator of Triangle Pediatric Massage. I specialize in providing massage therapy that is specialized just for children and adolescents. The focus of my practice is on serving kids and teens with high-quality massage and touch therapy that is specialized and adapted to meet their specific needs.

My background working with children and teenagers includes volunteering for several years in exceptional student education classrooms in Central Florida from pre-k through high school, interning at a UCP school, assisting at an ABA summer camp, running the Best Buddies chapter in my high school, tutoring English, teaching music and dance, and many, many years of babysitting. Working with children and teenagers, no matter their developmental
status, has been a constant in my life.

I pursued psychology in college and anticipated becoming a psychologist, ABA therapist, or counselor. None of those options felt like the right fit for me, so I tried several different jobs and then attended massage school in 2015. I loved it! My massage therapy career has included working at Duke in a medical clinic, providing massage in several high-end resort and hotel spas, and maintaining a private practice for over four years.

Growing up, I was an athlete and continued with athletics through my sophomore year of college. I began receiving massage in high school to help with injuries and back pain, and I was surprised to notice it also helped me manage symptoms I experienced of anxiety and ADHD better. This sparked my curiosity about massage and helped lead me on the path I am now on.

Hello! I am Sydney Kranz, LMBT, owner and operator of Triangle Pediatric Massage. I specialize in providing massage therapy that is specialized just for children and teenagers. The focus of my practice is on serving kids and teens with disabilities or challenges that affect quality of life, like anxiety or PTSD, but all are welcome to receive massage therapy at Triangle Pediatric Massage.

My massage therapy career has included working at Duke in a medical clinic, providing massage in several high-end resort and hotel spas, and maintaining a private practice for over four years.

As a child, I dealt with symptoms of ADHD, a nonverbal learning disability, anxiety, depression, and PTSD due to medical trauma in infancy. I began receiving massage therapy when I was 17 and it has been an important part of my physical, mental, and emotional healing process.  My motivation to serve comes from my own experience. I am thrilled to be here to serve families in the Triangle region!
