Triangle Pediatric Massage Policies and Procedures

  • Cancellation Policy: Please give at least 24 hour notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. I will send a reminder out 48 hours prior to your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of the service. No-shows and cancellations with less than 6 hours of notice will be charged the full, non-discounted rate of the session. Please contact me as soon as you can in the event that you need to change your appointment. For extenuating circumstances, the fee may be waived at my discretion. If I am able to fill your appointment slot with another client, the fee will be waived.

  • Scheduling Appointments: You can call/text 919-228-8663 or email sydney@trianglepediatricmassage.com to schedule appointments. Online booking will be available in the future.

  • Accepted forms of payment: Payment is due at the time of service. Cash, credit card, PayPal, and gift certificates are all accepted forms of payment.

  • Preparing for your Treatment: You will receive a confirmation with a link for the Intake Form once you or your child’s first appointment has been scheduled. I request that you complete and sign the pre-session paperwork at least 48 hours prior to the appointment.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for appointments to receive the full session time.

For house calls, I will arrive 10-15 minutes early to ensure we start on time. Please be ready for your session at the scheduled start time.

As a reminder, I require a parent, legal guardian, or approved caregiver to stay present in the room during the session for clients who are chronologically and/or functionally aged 13 and younger. For clients who are chronologically and functionally between the ages of 14-17, an adult must be present in the waiting room.

The best thing you can do to prepare your child for a treatment is to tell them about it! I have YouTube links posted in the Resource and Blog sections that you all can watch together to help them understand what massage therapy is and what their treatment might be like.
